School Supply List

• An extra set of clothing in a labeled bag
• School bag every day (no smaller than 12” x 14”) with name on it
• 3 pkgs of 5 oz. cups (waxed or plastic – 100 ct)
• 1 pkg of snack sized Ziploc bags
• 1 pkg of small white paper plates
•  1 pkg of napkins (200-400 ct)
• 1 pkg of small paper bowls (10 oz)

If your child is here after 12:30 PM:

• A lunch (please label near the handle)
• A sleeping bag or blanket

If your child will attend during the winter (please label):

• Appropriate outdoor clothing including snowpants, boots, coat, hat, and mittens/gloves

If your child will attend during summer months (please label all of these):

• Water bottle
• Sunscreen
• Swimsuit & towel
• (optional) Flip flops/water shoes, hat, or sunglasses
